How do I download my purchased template?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your purchased templates anytime through your ColinMarket Account under the “Downloads” section.

How long will my download link remain active?

Your download links are available indefinitely for purchased products. We recommend downloading and storing your files securely after purchase for convenience.

I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, contact our support team at support@colinmarket.shop with your order number, and we’ll resend the download link.

Can I re-download my templates in the future?

Yes! All your purchased templates will remain in your account for future access. You can log in anytime to download them again without additional cost.

What should I do if the downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete?

In rare cases, a download may be interrupted. Simply try downloading again from your account. If the issue persists, contact us at support@colinmarket.shop and we’ll provide a fresh download link.

Are refunds available for digital templates?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been completed. We recommend reviewing the product description and previews before purchasing.
